Congress leader and well-known Punjabi rapper-singer Sidhu Moosewala was killed on Sunday during a shooting incident in the Punjab's Mansa district, following one day that his security protection was taken away from government officials under the Bhagwant Mann government of the state. A viral video circulated on social media, showing the bullet-damaged SUV Moose Wala and his associates were traveling in when unidentified suspects fired. INTRODUCTION This book’s chapters cover different aspects of teaching law using the clinical method. Clinical teaching is essential. This chapter will address the design of a simulation-based clinical course. These are quite different from designing a lecture course, which most law faculty are familiar with. This chapter will discuss course design within the context of Trial Advocacy. You can use the lessons learned from developing and implementing a Trial Advocacy curriculum to prepare other clinical and non-clinical courses.
